1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to verify delivery availability in your area.
2. Order Requirements
- Minimum Order Value: ₹299 (excluding shipping)
- Shipping Charges: ₹40 per order (flat rate across India)
- Orders below ₹299 cannot be placed
3. Delivery Timeline

4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (business days) after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once dispatched
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order using:
- Our Track Order page
- The courier partner's website using the tracking number
- Your account dashboard under "My Orders"
6. Courier Partners
We partner with reputed courier services including India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and other reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- If you are unavailable, a delivery reattempt will be scheduled
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
- For RTO (Return to Origin) orders, shipping charges are non-refundable
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000
- COD may not be available for all pin codes
- Please keep exact change ready for COD orders
- COD orders are subject to verification
9. Shipping Address
- Please provide complete and accurate shipping address
- Include landmarks for easier delivery
- Ensure phone number is correct and reachable
- Address changes are only possible before dispatch
10. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged package or items are missing:
- Do not accept visibly damaged packages; request the courier to return
- If accepted, take photos/videos while opening the package
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
