At Herbal Thought, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product
- Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered
- Quality Issues: If the product has manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Expired Products: If the product is past its expiry date upon delivery
2. Return Request Timeline
Important: Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Include clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Keep the original packaging until the return is processed
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Products without original packaging and labels
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Products returned after the 48-hour window

5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- UPI/Net Banking: Refunded to original account within 5-7 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to original card within 7-10 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) - provide bank details
6. Refund Amount
- Full Refund: For damaged, defective, or wrong products - includes product price and shipping charges (₹40)
- Product Price Only: For change-of-mind returns (if accepted) - shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any promotional discounts or coupon values are non-refundable
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed instead.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Full refund within 3-5 business days
- After Dispatch: Order cannot be cancelled; follow return process after delivery
9. How to Request a Return/Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:

- Include your order number, product name, and reason for return
- Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
